You're not using macOS, you're using Windows 98.
If you want to find out what version of macOS you have; you'll need to switch to a device that's running macOS and revisit this page; then we'll be able to tell you what version you've got.
Every major version of macOS is given a memorable name for it; for example macOS 14.x is known as "Sonoma" and macOS 15.x is known as "Sequioa". The names for each version of macOS come from interesting and beautiful places in California, which is the location of Apple's Headquarters.
If you need to know the build number of your copy of macOS, click the menu icon in the Top Left of your screen, select About This Mac and then click the version number to reveal the Build Number.
